Support & service

If something looks off, here is how to reach us.

AuthQuire does not publish a live uptime board or historical availability figures. This page explains how service disruptions are communicated to workspaces and how support handles them.

Service disruptions & support
  • Where issues are reported

If a rail is disrupted, reviewers see a banner inside the workspace and workspace administrators are contacted directly.

  • What this page is

A support explainer, not a live uptime dashboard. AuthQuire does not publish uptime percentages or historical incident metrics.

  • How to reach us

Email support with your workspace name and what you were doing when the issue appeared. Include a packet or authorization reference where possible.

Report a suspected outage or degraded workflow to support@authquire.com.
What we watch

Workspace availability, queue and intake behaviour, document processing, packet export, and notification delivery.

What we don't publish

No uptime percentages, no incident history metrics, and no service-level commitments unless they are written into your agreement.

If something is off

Contact support with your workspace name and a packet or authorization reference, and affected administrators are kept informed directly.
