You may only upload documents, PHI, or other data into AuthQuire if you have the lawful authority to do so. This includes:

• A treatment, payment, or operations basis under HIPAA, or a comparable lawful basis.
• A signed BAA between AuthQuire and the responsible covered entity or business associate.
• Internal authorization from your organization's privacy officer for the workflow being run.

Uploading data you are not authorized to process is a material breach of these terms.

AuthQuire must not be used to make autonomous clinical decisions. Diagnostic conclusions, treatment plans, and medical-necessity determinations are the responsibility of licensed clinicians. AuthQuire's role is to organize evidence and prepare packets for human review.

You may not configure AuthQuire — or any integration with AuthQuire — to submit packets, appeals, or determinations without a recorded human approval. You may not use AuthQuire to circumvent payer review processes, including by misrepresenting the source of a packet or the identity of the reviewer.

You may not:

• Upload malicious files (malware, ransomware, exploit payloads).
• Attempt to access another customer's workspace, data, or audit logs.
• Probe, scan, or stress-test the service without prior written authorization.
• Disable, interfere with, or bypass the audit trail, role-based access, or human-approval workflow.
• Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or build a competing service from AuthQuire output.

Reviewers must only access PHI for which they have a legitimate treatment, payment, or operations purpose under the customer's policies. Snooping, redistribution, or any access outside that purpose is grounds for immediate suspension of the user account.

Do not abuse AuthQuire team members, support channels, or partner systems connected through the integrations rail. Communications with payers via AuthQuire must remain truthful, evidence-based, and professional.

Suspected violations may result in account suspension while we investigate. Confirmed violations may result in termination, forfeiture of unused subscription fees, and — where required — notification to your privacy officer and regulators. Report suspected abuse to security@authquire.com.
